"What is Steampunk? - it is a fusion of Victorian Elegance and Modern Technology. The project is based around the science fiction genre, the Great Exhibition at Crystal Palace (1851), and the Victorian past of the North East."
Find Your Talent is working in partnership with Tyne and Wear Museums, a team of specialist artists to bring together this fantastic and creative project. They have been delivering to students from the following schools and colleges: South Tyneside College, Hedworthfield Primary School, North Tyneside Youth Offending Service, North Tyneside Connextions group & House of Objects resource centre.
Find Your Talent gives children and young people the chance to try out different cultural and creative activities. It's about helping them to discover new things, to express themselves, to develop a passion and to make the most of their talent. Find Your Talent is for every child and young person, whatever their age and whatever their ability.
